These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by Streamline Business Automations (as part of our messaging services. By opting in to receive text messages from Streamline, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1) Program Purpose
Streamline sends transactional, customer-requested text messages (for example, sending a link you requested during a phone call). Streamline does not send marketing or promotional text messages unless explicitly stated at the time of opt-in.
2) How You Opt In (Consent)
You may opt in to receive text messages from Streamline by:
- IVR/Phone Menu Opt-In: Pressing a key during an automated phone menu to request a text message (e.g., “Press 1 to receive a text link”); and/or
- Direct Request: Asking Streamline or a participating business to send you a text message at your number.
By opting in, you confirm you are the authorized user of the phone number provided and you consent to receive text messages at that number.
3) Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your request. In many cases, you will receive a one-time message (such as a link you requested). Additional service-related messages may be sent only as needed to complete or support your request.
4) Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Streamline does not charge you to receive text messages, but your carrier may charge for messages and data.
5) Opting Out
You can opt out at any time by replying:
- STOP
After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message and then no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

7) Delivery & Carrier Disclaimer
Text message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier’s network and availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9) Participating Businesses / “On Behalf Of” Messages
Streamline may send messages on behalf of participating businesses when you request information from them (for example, requesting a rental link from a storage facility). In those cases, the message may identify the participating business in the text.
10) Prohibited Use
You agree not to use Streamline’s messaging services in a way that is unlawful, abusive, or interferes with the service. We may suspend or block messaging to numbers associated with suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of these SMS Terms.
11) Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Your continued participation after changes become effective means you accept the updated SMS Terms.
